Press complaint

Hopefully this will never be required, but we are very keen to hear from you, should you feel our coverage of any issue of users miss reporting or working in an un-professional manner that puts you or others at risk. Sadly at this point, IMPRESS cannot cover this website, as it is international and not national (UK) but we do not take complaints about standards lightly.

Our other news websites owned or run by PBT Media Relations Ltd. are regulated by IMPRESS, who are the UK's independent monitor of the press, so we use both the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) and IMPRESS codes of conduct for our users to work within. Should you feel any of our users have breached those standards, please contact us email.  Complaints must be sent with a link to the material and a full explanation as to why your complaint has been made. We would also request you supply your full legal name and contact information, as failure to so will result in your complaint being dismissed.

Our links page has a list of other press complaint organisations that you can contact for help.

Please also note that bad punctuation, grammar and related issues do not fall into this category, as it's strictly for ethical standards we are talking about!
